1 General Information & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the robi9 platform and all its services. By using the robi9.pro website or mobile app, opening an account, or playing any game, you are deemed to have read and fully accepted these Terms.

2 Account Registration & Verification

• Maximum single withdrawal: BDT 50,000 (separate limits apply for verified accounts)

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Robi9 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read carefully before acceptance.

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only. Available once.
• Reload Bonus: May be offered to existing members on a weekly or monthly basis.
• Free Spins: Applicable to select slot games. Wagering requirements apply to winnings.

Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, you must wager a specified amount before you can withdraw it. This is known as the wagering requirement. For example, if the wagering requirement is 20x and your bonus is BDT 1,000, you must place a total of BDT 20,000 in bets before withdrawing.

Robi9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses generally have a validity period of 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once it expires.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on robi9 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This means every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated in anyone's favour or against them.

• Each game has its own rules and payout rate, which can be viewed within the game.
• If your connection drops during a game, the game is automatically saved at that point.
• If a game is declared void due to a technical error, the bet placed for that round will be refunded.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, server logs will be treated as the final and definitive evidence.

6 Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating or using multiple accounts
• Bonus Abuse
• Hacking, using bots, or exploiting software to gain an unfair advantage in games
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Abusive or disrespectful behaviour towards other players or staff
• Attempting to verify an account using a false identity or forged documents
• Operating an account on behalf of a person under 18 years of age

7 Responsible Gaming Policy

9 Account Closure & Termination

• A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Even after an account is closed, certain information may be retained for legal compliance purposes.
